Disappointed by The Courier Guy customer/client relations.

My order was supposed to be shipped to me by 13 March 2026 as shown on their tracking website.

I had to call their enquiries line 3 times yesterday/16 March 2026 to enquire about my parcel only to find that it's sent to Qebega while it's supposed to be delivered to me in Pretoria.

I wasn't contacted to be told about the delay. I still don't know when I'll receive my fragile solar panel parcel.
