Disappointed

This company's customer service is very poor and useless, they are not helpful at all. I deposited the money into my account hopping to book my shipment, only to find that my account was not credited with deposited amount and made second deposit, also that money was not credited to my account, as the results, I failed to submit my tender document. This company is not reliable at all. If you need help consider to avoid using this company's services. kind regards
