Disappointed

Im so disappointed by courier guy.. I've been using courier guy for the past 3 years I have never had problems with them they're quick more than the other courier companies..you receive your parcel in less than 4 days they were reliable

Last year my parcel was lost. Last week I was updated that my parcel was out for delivery later at 6 o'clock it was updated that the locker was not working and I work next to locker i had to take a pic and email it to them.

Again yesterday the same thing happened and when you phone the branch in Nelspruit the ladies are rude they're talking to you as if you're doing them a favor they just plainly told me I'll get my parcel on monday they dont even know how urgent I needed the damn parcel

I work next to the locker and I knocked off at 17:30 nobody came to the locker 😤

Im am still disappointed by the service of the ladies that work in the Nelspruit hub..they're so rude and this is not the first time.. if courier guy still wants their business to run smoothly you need to teach your workers telephone manners.. those ladies are full of it

I phoned the place 4 times no one was taking my calls and when they finally did the first lady that I spoke to just gave the other lady the phone she did not say please hold then this other lady asks how she can help I ask her if she didn't hear me this time while I was explaining she just shouted and said mem you were not speaking to me

I had to phone the head office the only person who was able to listen to me was Martiniique.. she phoned me more than 3 times trying to update me about my parcel that those ladies couldn't do

I don't known if they respect certain people but its disgusting and unprofessional

I dont think I'll ever use your service after today's ordeal
