Disappointed

I got a sms saying my package is on the way ....I left work so I can meet the driver on time at my place not even 10mins from receiving the message the driver calls me again saying his outside my premises ,I kindly requested him to do another delivery and when he comes back I'll be home ,the driver was rude I reported him to his office and his manager gave me an attitude aswell ....I'm highly disappointed at the level of disrespect they have shown ,I'm a paying customer I'm not asking for it to be delivered for free
