Device not received

I ordered fibre from home connect which works with Vumatel. Then Vumatel send some guys fo my house to install. I have waited for a week now for Courier guy to deliver the device/router. Their driver reported to have delivered the router to me. Its not true, i have called home connect and Vumatel to let them know that i never got this device. I sent endless messages to courier guy but no response the reference number is HCP***. My home still has no internet connection, I needed this to be able to work from home. That means I have travel to the office which is far and no one cares. They just say a ticket is logged and no one gets back to me after 24hours. I don't expect to be charged for such appauling service. Can Courier guy please send the device or find out to whom this guy sold my device to? I'm drained with this whole ordeal and my kids come home to a home without internet, i honestly thought im signing up with Vumatel to change our lives. The world is now digital, what should I do now, must i be the one looking for your driver with my device????
