destroyed parcel

I requested fishing rods to be delivered to my house that n forgot with friends. the fishing rods were destroyed and are unusable. It does not help to be quick but unable to respect and handle parcels with the necessary care. My parcel has clearly been stepped on. This just indicates complete carelessness.
