Despicable Customer Service.

Firstly, they don't bother to send notifications on the morning of the delivery. Their drivers are something else, I've had two failed deliveries since last week Thursday as their driver keeps saying they can't get ahold of me, which is a flat lie. They asked for an alternative contact number,it was issued to them and re-delivery was arranged. Lo and behold they are still giving me the same driver story till today. To top it off, they are now ignoring my email communication. Their customer service is appalling. To say I'm disgusted is an understatement. They are killing small businesses honestly.
