Desperate for some service

Really Poor Service. Tried contacting CT branch but both numbers goes unanswered as well as the service manager's nr. Account manager seldom replies to emails or gets involved when there is a problem. Claim process for insurance is protracted and frustrating - just abandoned the claim rather than deal with frustration. Pre-paid account suspended because they did not process payment, even though all proof sent to them. They just can't get it right. Their prices are low, but not sure if it is worth the frustration. Seems like no one cares.
