Deposit not credited

Made an EFT deposit into my account with the courier guy .the account has not been credited from the 26 march 2026 to date (10 April). Any attempt to have them credit the account have failed. EMAIL more than 7 times Called more 5 times

At this point don't even think my parcel will be delivered if their fail to credit an account that has a proof of payment.will their delivery a parcel

Something is wrong in that company 🤬
