Deplorable service

The courier person who came to collect the parcel called to ask for directions, which I gave and then I proceeded to wait for him at the gate. He also informed me that he'll arrive in 2 minutes and the parcel must be ready, so I must make it quick. When he missed the corner to my house I called him back to redirect him and when he arrived he accused me of giving him wrong directions which is totally untrue. He was extremely impatient and very rude. He just snatched the parcel from my hand and put it in the van without saying anything to me. When I asked him if I needed to sign any documentation he just simply left me standing there, got in the car and drove off. I have never experienced such disrespect in my life from someone who's earnings depend on me providing the business to his employer. I'm irate and shocked by this inhumane behaviour.

The driver is based in Bloemfontein, didn't give me his name but the car registration number is HHZ466FS.
