Delivery without notification?

Seriously NOT impressed. the courier guy was at my place today to deliver the phone and could not deliver because I am at the office today.

There was ZERO communication to advise deliver was going to take place TODAY 7 MAY 2021

The last time my other phone was delivered, I got Emails, SMS updates and a WAYBILL Number. This Time I got NOTHING... So how was I supposed to know that delivery was going to take place today....!!

I could have make arrangements OR even changed delivery to my workplace....

This is VERY Unprofessional... I was So impressed with my previous collection and delivery. What happened NOW ??
