DELIVERY VS LOCATION

When we order online we pay for delivery to our doorstep. Am staying at Lotus Gardens but i must drive to Atteridgeville police station to go collect my parcels because they cannot deliver at Lotus Gardens nor Atteridgeville. Why are they taking parcels addressed to Lotus Gardens and Atteridgeville when you know you cannot deliver there, you end at Atteridgeville Police Station? We pay full amount of delivery yet we still need to take taxi or use your fuel to go collect somewhere else... This is just unfair...
