DELIVERY TWO WEEKS LATE 😡😡

I have never been this disappointed with this company ever since I started working with them. They have continuously delivered my parcels to the wrong address. Almost every time I book collections with them from Middelburg in the Eastern Cape, my parcels end up in Middelburg in Mpumalanga, even though I write EasterCape like 2 times in the address and put the postal code, this still happens. I did not mind waiting for the other parcels because they were things I could wait for, and the delay was usually two days max. This time my parcel has, so far, taken two weeks to get delivered because the people in Joburg did not care enough to track it down in time, and the people in Mpumalanga did not care enough to reroute the parcel as soon as they found out it was mis-delivered. 2 whole weeks. The worst part is I am losing money and integrity with my clients because of this. Sounds like I am making up stories for not delivering on my promises.
