Delivery took 2 weeks and item broken by The Courier Guy

We had a collection on the 17/12/2021 that was due to be delivered on the 20/12/2021. This was ONLY delivered on the 03/01/2022 with an item broken and the packaging tattered and torn. I have tried on numerous occasions to call TCG to complain, with no luck. I am extremely frustrated with the way this delivery was handled and the fact that I cannot get ANYONE to assist me!
