Delivery to the wrong place

My parcel from Cape Town Mohair Mills shop was delivered to a shop instead of my house. Someone signed for it in my signatures place. I requested the call centre agent to deliver the parcel to the depot which they agreed to do. My waybill is 4SC7WW I sent email to support and the CEO but no reply. Useless courier and your items get lost
