Delivery time

My package was also dispatched (from Durban) at the same time as another's and he is in Jozi and I am in Richards Bay, he got his package while mind just sat at there Richards Bay hub honestly it's pathetic as we both paid the same price and yet they get better delivery time honestly pathetic if I really wanted such poor service delivery I would have ask the government to deliver it. And best part is that they **** that it was going to be delivered same day . Come on guys
