Delivery struggle

I ordered clothes from love the game they use the courier guy for deliveries. I phoned courier guys to change delivery Adress to Bloemfontein after several phone calls. They assured me the clothes will be in Bloemfontein 30 March. They had the package already in Cape town 23 March. Yesterday 29 March I phoned xavier again to ask if he is sure of the change of Adress to Bloemfontein and said yes it will be here. Only to receive a notice that night 29th that it is loaded on nylstroom facility. Know I have to drive over 1000th just to get my parcel in nylstroom
