Delivery services with a side of sarcasm

Oky so i have very mixed feelings inregarding this review i had a parcel to be delivered to me and i have no issus with the process they were quike and alerted me accordingly and respectfully However i get that tomorrow is a public holiday and i understand that everyone is working hard before the long weekend strikes but i myself is working through this period and will still treat my customers with respect.

I felt that it is utterly disrespectful on the delivery driver that so happened to deliver my parcel.

I so happend to be out the house this morning and wanted to arrange with the delivery guy to simply drop it off around the corner not even 200mtres away But before i could say hello i was greeted with "where you i am here" very un politly and as i politly refrane from telling him that a hello is a polite way of greeting. I was explaining my situation and the next thing i know the phone is put down in my ear.

I eventually get called from one of the memeber from the delevery team and he was very very polite i explained everything and he said no problem just reconferm adress for security and etc and i happly gave hime the details required. So about 1hr goes passed and my betterhalf dials the driver and ever so nicly asks if he came right with the dilivery and if all is oky He said rudly "i will get to it when i can" So she asks well if there maybe a time or if you could call me when you deliver so we aware and we dont wanna waiste any more time for anybody He said "why dont you call me" and hung up Im sorry it is not oky to treat people like this Ive never had any issues with using the courier guy But this delivery guy is very disrespectful and ruined a perfectly good day.
