Delivery service company is unacceptable.

I can not explain what bad service I receive from The Courier Guy. when I order 0on line and see who is delivering my parcels I start to panic when it is the Courier Guy . I have traced my parcels going to and from towns and back again instead of being delivered to my door . I have complained on numerous accessions and the complaint is the systems are down . this is last . I called on Friday and was told the parcel is in R Bay and on its way to Empangeni . I called again on Saturday and was told we don't deliver on Saturdays but will make sure the parcel is with you early on Monday morning . Its Tuesday now , the towns are 15 km apart and taken 4 days to arrive in Empangeni,. I called this morning and now told systems are down again. I will not be supporting Courier Guy any longer and will be taking my business else where . I do not need them to contact at all. My cooperate friends will not be dealing with them again either, as per their complaints to me make mine feels petty .
