Delivery reschedule

I received word at short notice regarding a parcel delivery. I could not reschedule the date since the parcel was already out for delivery. I contacted the courier company to try and reschedule the delivery. Niko Baloyi at The Courier Guy handled my case and kindly contacted the driver to request a later delivery time. Niko kept me informed throughout the change process until he had confirmed with their driver. Thanks Niko, much appreciated!
