Delivery PIN useless

Followed up on delivery of a parcel this morning and was advised that it will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday. 16h04 I received an email advising parcel is out for delivery today. 16h06 the delivery PIN was resent to a number that I don't know nor requested it to be sent to a different number. 16h08 parcel shows delivered.

So the delivery PIN means nothing if they can just resend it to any number that they want. No answer at the offices in Bloemfontein and no feedback yet via the WhatsApp chat or online query that has been logged.
