Delivery Order Dispatched but not Delivered after 48 Hours

Good Day, I received an e mail confirming that my delivery for my order by The Courier Guy was out for delivery on 21 May 2020 and there has not been any update from The Courier Guy ever since. Their Landlines are apparently not working and with the easing of lockdown regulations on e- commerce order there shouldn't be any issues. i have sent an email as my only means of follow up and no response on there either.
