Delivery late

I don't even want to give this post a star. I've been waiting for a delivery and the next thing when I call your call center you tell me that the road to katlehong is floated. How is it floated when I used the same road when driving back from Sandton I'm so disappointed never will I ever use your services again. I had to leave work to accept the parcel now I'm getting stories
