Delivery inquiry

I was supposed to get an my order on Monday and nothing, understandable but it now Thursday and still i haven't received my parcel. I made an inquiry via Whatsapp yesterday, I was told that its out and they will send it by 5. After 5 i get an email stating my address is incorrect weird cos that's my work place. Today again another attempt according to them and i followed up via WhatsApp, Chat and phone call. I still haven't received my parcel. 4 days later im sent from piller to post
