Delivery guys *********** and lie to say that no one was home to receive the order

Poor poor service..... Just to enlighten you on what transpired the delivery guy called me asking me to meet at a certain location he even asked me am I able to come to that location which I indicated that I do not have a car to come and pick up and asked why can't the order be delivered to the address that I have captured when placingthe order, he hanged up the phone and now when I check the status it says delivery failed attempt further says no one to receive the parcel I have been home the whole day.

When orders are placed with Makro we are not informed that the courier guys that they have partnered with will notify us to come and pick up our orders at a different location and that we should make necessary arrangements to go and pick up those orders in that different location than what is captured on the system. I called their offices and was told it would be delivered on Tuesday everything had transpired on Monday. I waited Tuesday no delivery, Wednesday still no delivery than when I called yesterday I was told that the operations manager Tinashe has prioritized the delivery and that it would be delivered today Friday. No delivery has been made to date no communication at all I am so so disappointed.
