Delivery

Good day

Im very disappointed at the service im receiving from the courier guy.

My order was supposed to be delivered on Monday but they said they called and it went to voicemail, and i did not receive any call.

Called in on Tuesday to give an alternative number and they confirmed its out for delivery.

Wednesday again i called and was told its out for delivery. The driver called me during the day to confirm the location, and he said he made an exchange with another driver so he can give me the parcel, which he said he wont come because he is not coming this side.

Later that day I received communication that my order was delived.

Today again (Thursday) i called to confirm what’s happening as i did not receive anything, and i was told again its out for delivery they will tried to call driver and failed to reach him.Its already 6pm and nothing yet. Can I please get full clarity of what is happening with the delivery guys and if they are gonna deliver the parcel or should I just cancel.

I make calls to the courier company more than two times every and the call center agents only assist by saying its out for delivery.
