Delivery address ignored, package left with security - Items may be lost

I ordered some groceries from Makro and delivery was assigned to the Courier guy nelspruit. I spoke to the Driver and forwarded the gate entrance code to the estate for Delivery to my House. The Driver decided to leave the groceries at the security gate... The Instruction has the stand number but he decided otherwise. Delivery MML 62 178 732 - I tried to call them and their 2 landlines are busy!! infact someone picked up and hung up... That's the service i got from Courier Guy - Nelspruit
