DELIVERY

I am not unhappy with the actually service provided by the guy that delivered the door. My issue is you guys not informing you customers that there are high risk areas you don't deliver to. Your system should be setup to notify a customer that delivery is not available in their area the moment an address in entered. Instead I had to find out today on the day of the delivery that Mfuleni is part of your high risk areas. So on top of the R297 I paid, I had to pay more to get the door from Shoprite Mfuleni. Had I known this from day 1, I would have picked up my item at the nearest branch of where I ordered my item. NQ8XVJ
