Delivering Short and Missing Parcels

Our Company makes use of Courier Guy alot, but I am on a search for a new Courier Guy company as we have had alot of short deliveries and have parcels missing. The Service Centre I have called as been arrogant and not helpful at all.

I do want to add that I did get put through to one Service Centre Worker Rayden Knight and he has been exceptionally helpful and the only helpful person I have cane across in Courier Guy. He has been trying to assist me where he can and he is constantly in contact with me. I really hope Courier Guy recognises him for the great Service he is providing.
