Delivered to wrong place and they don't even know it or care

Been waiting for my parcel only to discover that it went to the wrong address without checking the delivery pin and clearly ignoring all procedures. Repeated myself so many times to get an answer by a human on website. No comment about how they have now handed over my belonging with my personal details and address to a complete stranger. They can't even tell me when the parcel will be redelivered to me. Utterly useless, no consideration of privacy and customer service
