Deliver to the wrong people, does not notify recipient of arrival.

Worst courier I have ever used. They did not pick up the parcel for over a week until the company I bought from called them and demanded that find it and suddenly it showed up on their system the same day. Then for the third time, they did not deliver to me and I'm hoping it is at least once again with my neighbour. The driver does not call to let me know they have arrived and they reset the pin and use that instead of asking for the pin when delivering. Horrible service backed by horrible support. I complained before and the person I spoke to (Auburn Trout) said they would have a talk with the driver about it but here we are ...2 deliveries later and the same issue. I hope this is the last time I ever have to use courier guy.
