Delayed service

I topped up my account, it never reflected in my dashboard, i needed my package couriered this morning, and there bot help service said payments can take up to 24-48hours.

Absolutely pathetic service, in all my shopping and courier payments online the funds reflected immediately EXCEPT the courier guy? No thank you, unacceptable.
