delayed parcels

Okay i know its holiday but yesterday and today is normale working days

i payed for OVN from Johannesburg to Capetown. The parcels has been in transit since yesterday and now they want to tell me the parcels are still in transit HOW

this is not acceptable if i wanted the parcels on thursday i would have paid econemy
