Delayed parcels

Service was most convenient in the recent past.I have recently had bad experience recently.

1I couldn't receive my parcel on time which was sent via the overnight service The provided the shipping details via an online form.and it was stuck in the Nelspruit depot..When I made the follow up I find that on my parcel was the street address only unlike to the sender's digital copy which furnished detailed information.

2.A month later ,I sent a package TCG***5.It arrived in Jhb depot via overnight service on 04.12.2019 it was dispatched and sent back to depot , dispatched again on 09.04.2019. It's not yet delivered.Jhb Kya Sand depot is within 23km radius to Sandton.Im very disappointed with The Courierguy.
