Delayed parcel

I ordered on the 30th of Nov at Zara and ETA was 6-9 Dec. Picked up by The courier Guy on 13th Dec and they only contacted me yesterday that my parcel is at their Kiosk in Khayelitsha saying they can only meet up at my nearest police station. Since I have been waiting for my parcel yesterday morning till now and I need that parcel before Friday. I need the clothes for Christmas. Order no: ***
