delayed order delivered to a wrong person

my package was collected on the 10th of December 2025 at midrand it's destination is Mpumalanga Embalenhle but it was delivered to someone else they said. I've been sending emails eith no straight answer or a way forward.im hurt and disappointed because I had trusted their service
