Delayed and rude.

Poor service.

Very delayed and when phoning customer service the agent raised her voice and called me sweetheart which is very VERY unprofessional.

I deal with couriers every day and never have I experienced such a thing.

Unfortunately i did not receive the name of the lady i spoke to.
