Delayed and missing parcel

My packet has been saying outbound from DBN to JHB when I track it. It's been 10 days now waiting for it. Apparently it's lost and they are doing investigations but I always have to call them and do a follow up in order to get an update and that tells me it's not being taken as a matter of urgency. Very disappointing 😤😤
