Delay in collection and mishandling packages

This courier service doesn’t deserve even a star rating. Rude consultants and drivers. A collection of your parcel can take the whole week, they mishandle our packages then don’t take accountability and responsibility during transits then when you claim they are quick to reject without “investigating” they claim to be doing. The worst. See me no more using their services.
