Despite being labeled as an overnight parcel, delivery took three days. The driver incorrectly delivered the package to a completely different location, far from the intended address, and even altered the address details. Compounding the issue, the call center was unhelpful, unable to provide a resolution after speaking to five agents, and refused to escalate the matter to a manager. Furthermore, they attempted to charge me for correcting their own error. This was the most unsatisfactory courier experience I've ever had.
