DAYLIGHT *******

After many years of using The Courier Guy services, i have noticed a trend that is unfair and *********. On many occasions i would book a shipment and input the correct dimensions and weight of the boxes to be collected and be quoted a price which must be prepaid before they collect/assign a collection. Once the collection is done and gets to their depot they change the weight of the boxes and Charge more than originally quoted. They then send notification that my account is in arrears and will not release the goods until difference is paid. On 4 occasions i queried this and the admin then redid the weight and dimensions and apologized for the error.

Now i have a situation where i requested for 1 box to be collected and i again PREPAID as per their system generated quote. Their Driver went to the supplier and INSTEAD of following the instructions stated on their WAYBILL to collect ONE box he collected a pallet. NOW The Courier Guy is refusing to take responsibility for their mistake and is HOLDING a GUN to my head to pay 5 times the amount i would normally have paid for a pallet before they release my goods, even though i did not request for them to collect any thing more than ONE box
