Daylight *******!!!

Bob go assigned The Courier Guy to pick up a parcel for delivery in Mthatha. The Courier Guy brought a truck to collect the parcel (not to mention that you are required add parcel dimensions and weight when booking, but somehow EVERYONE is shocked at the size) and transport it to Mthatha. When the parcel gets to the depot at Mthatha, The Courier Guy proceeds to call my customer and tell them to arrange their own transport to collect the parcel from the depot as they simply do not have a truck big enough to deliver the parcel. This is despite me logging a delivery (and paying) for delivery to the customer's doorstep! It gets even better; Bob go and The Courier Guy then advise they can arrange a trailer to transport the parcel from the depot to the customer's premises for a cool price of R850!! I kid not! "Good day. Please not your parcel is big for our bakkies in Mthatha so it needs a trailer hire of R850 payable by the client. No alert was made to Mthatha about a truck delivery.."
