Damn Bad Service

Pathetic !!

Had a parcel that needed to be delivered today. Got into the shower roughly 2 min and missed the call as I got to the phone to answer, I called the number back only to be answered by a disrespectful person telling me that I tookl to long and he left, so I asked when he would deliver and he said "he'll phone me, he doesn't know" but in a ****y, arrogant and disrespectful manner.

trying to call The call center to sort this out and I have been on hold (not spoken to anyone yet) for the last 15min, transferred from next available consultant to next available consultant.
