Damaging goods and refuse to take responsibility

They damaged numerous parcels during delivery. Numerous items were delivered and basically every single item was damaged. They acknowledge that the outer packaging was damaged but will not refund any cost directly or indirectly as they say the "inside" is still fine. They claim the packaging (from supplier) wasn't optimal and they cannot see from their cameras that the products was man-handled (at one point in the warehouse).The point is they collected the goods in perfect condition and delivered the goods in a poor condition whilst in their possession, with tear marks all over the place. They refuse to accept any responsibility in the matter.
