Damages with the courier guy

I would like to enquire from the courier guy why do we waste our money even putting up fragile tape and stickers on these boxes as I have more damages now than ever before with sending parcels with the courier guy. All that Courier Guy does is say that you have signed a form and we don’t take any responsibility whatsoever for your parcel. We as a company(courier guy) can handle it whatever way we want and you as the client take full responsibility for your own parcel as Courier guy doesn’t? Please can you clarify this for me? Every time I send a parcel now, I wait for the client to send me a message to inform me of breakages to the parcels!! I can bubble wrap it or just send it normal. Courier guy will still manage to break my stuff.
