Damages to parcel clearly marked FRAGILE

I recently had a parcel delivered to me via courier guy with waybill number : TCG***8 from Witbank to Burgersfort. My 1 box, (TCG ***T ) was clearly and on every visible side marked FRAGILE, handle with care and THIS SIDE up, AS WELL AS THE WAYBILL FORM clearly stated that my parcel was fragile and breakable.

Upon receiving my package the damage to the box was evidently clear to the eye that the package indeed was NOT handled with care or even considered to be fragile. I have lost the contents of my parcel costing my small home industry over R900 due to the negligence of a courier company I chose and selected to trust with my parcel.

Please note I have images on the damage done to the box as well as inform me on what the way forward is to solving this matter as I am not at all satisfied with the loss my business has now suffered due to a lack of respect, common sense and carelessness of a courier company I trusted . I did submit the online contact portal info as well as sent 2 emails last week after receiving my parcel but have received no feedback to date. Maybe via media platforms I will receive some form of feedback.
