Damaged stock

We transported goods with the courier guys from JHB to CT they damaged the goods and then told us our packaging was not suitable. The package was insured through them however they refused to even submit it to their insurance. They have not offer any assistance even after MANY phone calls. Today I asked if they could resend the goods at their cost on Tuesday next week only to be told by Trevor that he would let me know by Wednesday next week.
