Damaged Rope, VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT!!!!!!!

We have been Trying for 30 Days Since Courier Guy has Delivered the Damaged Rope ( a parcel collected in good Condition) (in transit of the Courier Guy)No one has yet Resolved the Matter .My client is Furious And Want His Money Back . Courier Guy denies that they Have damaged the Rope, I have footage of how the Rope got to me and it is still on the exact same spot they delivered it . No one gets back to me!!!!!!!!!!i need to sort this out, Courier Guy needs to Man up and Sort this mess out!!!!!!!!!or i will have to take the next step
