Damaged parcels

I am running a small business selling antiques and do my utmost best to wrap items very well. Never before I had a problem but as of this passed two weeks many items received by clients were broken. Especially Witbank and Vryburg. It seems as if you took a front end loader and hurled parcels from the third floor! Or do you drive over the parcels? I cannot understand that items so thickly wrapped can arrive in a thousand pieces. What on earth is going on?? I spoke to a few other dealers, same problem
