Damaged Parcel delivered by The Courier Guy

Bad service!! Delivered damaged parcel - try all platforms to address this with them, no luck. My Father's Day present that I ordered is of no use currently - huge financial loss. Very disappointed - The Courier Guy, please contact me ASAP!! I will never never never recommend or use them again!!
